"Go West, young man"...

6 days until we follow the sunset to see what the Northwest has to offer. While Melissa frolicked in Atlanta with some of her USM friends, I attended HB Ward for the final Sunday and said many 'goodbyes'. Our home has turned into a warehouse full of boxes, our driveway is empty (finally! both vehicles are sold!), and we are plottinng our course west. Do you, perhaps, have a suggestion of a must-see point of interest that we should add to our route? We will be traveling through Mississippi, Louisianna, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Oregon and Washington.

Adoption update: As a result of our generous family, the sale of two vehicles, and the kind gifts of friends from church and at the Open House last week our Barnick Adoption Fund has received a dramatic boost. It is humbling to see the thoughtfullness of so many!

Many, Many Thanks Everyone! Melissa's on-line store is also starting to see some sales and I encourage anyone reading that wants to help a great cause to visit her at anartistsgarden.etsy.com .

I was too sad to say my goodbye's to you today, Roger. I'll be there with bells on Friday to help load the moving truck. Let me know if you need any help.
hugs,
Kat

p.s. Did Melissa have a special birthday? I've missed her.
