Roger and I love pita bread.
We love it for sandwiches, for dipping, for toasting, for munching. The other day we bought some as a treat. We didn't eat it all and we got it back out yesterday and to our dismay, part of it was moldy! Really yucky green mold.
Yuck! Pita Bread is not cheep either!
Being the problem solver that I am, I decided to look up a recipe on the internet. I am going to attempt it tomorrow. It looks fairly easy.
I'll tell you how it turns out. Good luck to me!
