I live in Pita Paridise..come join me

Success! Oh, you tastes good.

Bonnie and I made pita bread today. Surprisingly easy and surprisingly delicious. If you would like the recipe click here. You may be wondering how the pocket gets in the bread. Because we are friends, I will tell you.
Step One
Bonnie Kneads The Dough

Pinch Off a Bunch of Round Globs

Roll Them Out Like Tortillas

Step Four

They bake at 500 degrees for 6 minutes. That is the coolest parts, they look like aliens or something bubbling up. Then when you take them out they look like whoopee cushions.

Push the Air Out With A Spatula

Am I Sure I Want To Eat This?

By the way, I used wheat flour--because that is how I am. It was delis-e-o-so!
