Hello, out there...

So you know when you get in a funk and you want some down time...well that has been the situation on the serious lack of blog postings. But Onward and Upward!

But I couldn't resist sharing a few more of our adventures when our niece Rachel was in town with us.

Here she is after we put hot rollers in her hair. She made up a song to commemorate the occasion. It goes like this..."by hair is CURLY AS CAN BE EE." It looses a lot without he tune.

Then we took Holly and Rachel to the Portland Rose Gardens. They were in full bloom and FREE to go into.
We thought it would be funny to try to get Rachel to pose for the camera. We were right.

Here she is giving the flowers a kiss. Needless to say, she enjoyed herself, and so did we.
