You call that tough?

I'll show you tough!

Roger is doing a new "CROSSFIT" workout. He LOVES it. It is an old school warehouse workout that emphasises full body movement.

For example: Sandbag Getup's

Step1. Put a 60 lb bag of sand on your shoulder.

Step 2. Sit on the ground.

Step 3. Lay down on your back.

Step 4. Stand up.

Needless to say, his legs are really sore today.

Maybe you guys could move back to TX and start up some racquetball again. :) Glad you guys are enjoying your new location!
