We had the good fortune to try out another Ethiopian restaurant in Portland this weekend...
"Queen of Sheba".
As is tradition, it was served on a large communal plate for all to share. Fork-get the silverware, the way to eat this is to tear off a piece of injera/bread and scoop up the good stuff. Very tasty. Very fun.
Realizing that not every town has an Ethiopian diner, I must, nevertheless, recommend trying it as the opportunity presents.

ethiopian is super yummy. :)
It looks nasty but I will try it if you guys put it in front of me. I like trying new things.
