We are offically through our first trimester...

We met with wonderful Thea, our social worker. Thea is part of our dynamic adoption trio, we love her and feel lucky to be know her.

Thea told us that we need to celebrate the end of our first trimester. She gave us a list of things to start getting in place for our children, like pediatrician....etc.

She made me think of this process a little bit differently. She said that we need to be good to ourselves and prepare for our children, because this is the last time that we will be able to be able to prepare for children...without children. She also gave us "permission" to start getting things for our kids. I don't know how old they will be or if they will be girls or boys, but this made be very excited. I know that they will need socks...and cute baby towels. I love this duck towel.
