In Portland, Rockin' With the Frog

We have moved to one of the most exciting places in the country, by our estimation. That is why we moved here. So today we decided to go into Portland and see what we could see. We had several small adventures, but I will give you a few highlights.

1. We found a yummy "open air" produce market called Uncle Paul's Produce Market that was actually a better deal than the grocery stores.
2. We went into a FUN toys store called Kids At Heart.

Bonnie got her hands on a book that she found truly inspiring, The Stinky Cheese Man, and other Fairly Stupid Tales. As you can see, she is smelling it.

Here I am minding my own business, but look to the upper right of my head.

Unsuspecting, I was attacked by pincher's. They were actually quite strong and very accurate in their grabbing ability.

3. Next we went found a vintage EVERYTHING shop.

This was Roger's favorite discovery. This sofa had two matching chairs and the middle folded town into a radio. How futuristic!?!

4. We stopped at The Rocking Frog Cafe.

Fun atmosphere, good food, good music. What more could you ask for? Perhaps, a fresh donut-making shed behind the place called Moody's Donuts.

Donuts made fresh in front of your eyes on Saturday and Sunday. This chick gave us the stink-eye when we snapped a photo of her hangout. Roger said"If you don't want your picture taken, don't dress goofy". I guess he taught her.
