Rest easy Washington State D.C.'s... I got yo' back!

So, I took a little trip up to the state capitol to clean things up. Not to get into too many details, but let's just say that sometimes chiropractors get a little disrespected and we need to remind our dear civil servants that we pay their salaries, (and that we're trained to snap necks). Don't let the smiles fool you.

Here's what I can tell you: 5am is way too early on a cold January. For Dr. Blessley (above) it was no big whoop. Road Trip! Olympia is about 2 hours from Vancouver. It's foggy, and cold, and full of politicians. We had 70-80 chiropractic physicians from around the state converge for a quick huddle:

And then we spent the day barging into the offices of our elected officials and demanding they protect our patients' rights to natural health care. Or something like that. I didn't get any photos of senators begging us for mercy and declaring undying support for my profession, but I did get a nice shot of myself descending triumphant.

And so turn the wheels of democracy.
